Design Thinking or Human Centered Design workshop
In a world where complexity & unpredictability is the norm, having a structured protocol to approach problems is imperative. Design Thinking (DT) or Human Centered Design (HCD) is one such powerful problem solving protocol. Venkat Kotamaraju volunteers his time to bring to you his skills and experience and help you and your team think about your programmes and your work in a strategic and interesting manner, using the framework of design thinking The 1-day workshop is designed to be interactive & immersive. Through the workshop, the participants will be exposed to the end-to-end Design Thinking process, get a hands-on practice of select tools; techniques; understand the significance of DT. The workshop will be a dynamic mix of short instructional lectures & hands-on practice. The participants will be grouped into smaller sub-groups (by org. teams) You will leave with a stronger perspective on how to think about the delivery of your programmes and therefore enhancing the impact being created.
