The organization was setup with the idea of promoting Education for the under privileged individuals, Empowerment of youth & to unite Indian youth and work for the betterment of the Society. OUR MISSION Aikarthya works to bridge gaps in society by uniting youth from diverse backgrounds, equipping them with leadership, problem solving and teamwork skills, and engaging them in community service and active citizenship. OUR VISION Aikarthya's vision is to create a poverty-free Community driven by the next generation of home-grown leaders.
